We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Online Research & Virtual Assistant to support our business operations and client projects. This role involves digital marketing and lead generation support, online and market research, recruitment resourcing research, data entry and data management, and web-based research activities.
The selected candidate will be trained on one or more of our core services, including digital marketing and lead generation, online research, recruitment resourcing, and data management, depending on project requirements, performance, and business needs.

- Support digital marketing and lead generation activities by researching and identifying potential prospects.
- Conduct online and market research on companies, industries, products, and professionals.
- Perform recruitment resourcing research, including identifying potential candidates through online platforms and databases.
- Format, review, and standardise CVs/resumes according to client or internal guidelines.
- Use effective search strategies and keywords to extract accurate and relevant information.
- Validate, update, and maintain lead, candidate, and research databases.
- Perform data entry, data cleansing, and data formatting tasks with high accuracy.
- Identify reliable websites, directories, and online databases as research sources.
- Organise and analyse collected data into required formats (Excel, CRM, databases, etc.).
- Support additional digital marketing, research, or data-related tasks as required.
- Educated to degree level.
- Excellent written and reading English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to perform effective internet and online research using appropriate search strings.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with shift timings of 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm from April to October, and 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm from November to March, and other shifts if required.
- Experience or basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Familiarity with keyword research, content relevance, and search algorithms.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, lead generation, research, data entry, or recruitment resourcing roles.
- Comprehensive training will be provided on all or selected services, based on project needs.
